Samurui on Win32

I just tested Samurui on Win32 and it seems to work. I downloaded the
various GTK components for Win32 from [1] and installed them. I had to
manually edit out some parts of gtk.swig.c that were giving linker
errors for some reason. Once I'd done this I rebuilt using Win32
(VC++) and the three test programs work.

I'll do some more testing and then I'll upload an archive containing
all the GTK libraries I had to install to make things easier for
others who want to play with it. I'll also dig into why the linker
errors are occurring.
