Compiling goo apps HOWTO anywhere ?

Hello Folks,

I got a simple question:

How can I compile an application written in goo?  That's given a file
foo.goo how 
do I create an executeable foo?  How do I create an shared/static library
(or must all
libraries be souce (in order to allow whole program optimizations take
place)?.
How do I create an interface to a given C/C++ library?
